Lifetime licenses issued prior to January 1, 2000 shall not require renewal. However, any keeper shall require his or her dog, cat or ferret to receive a rabies vaccination and report such vaccination at least every three years. There shall be no charge for reporting a vaccination pursuant to this section. (Ord. 13-19 §4, 2013; Ord. 99-41 §5, 1999).
