No person shall engage in the business of an Itinerant Vendor between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. unless permitted by other applicable city ordinance, provided, an Itinerant Vendor selling food items may also operate in non-residential zones between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. (Ord. 12-15 §1, 2012; Ord. 08-10 §11, 2008).
