It shall be the duty of the Director of Public Works to prepare all cost estimates and assessment rolls, maps, plans, specifications and any other information required by the council relating to the formation of local improvement districts. All such documents shall be available for public inspection in the office of the Director of Public Works. (Ord. 81-41 §2, 1981).
