It is unlawful for any person either directly or indirectly to conduct any business for which a registration or permit is required by any regulation or ordinance of the City without a registration or permit therefore being first procured and kept in effect at all times as required by this chapter or other regulation or ordinance of the City. Any violation of this chapter shall, in addition to other penalties provided herein, be a Class 1 civil infraction. Subsequent violations after the issuance of a Notice of Infraction may be punishable by two times the penalty for a Class 1 violation. (Ord. 16-9 §8, 2016; Ord. 12-4 §9, 2012; Ord. 08-14 §10, 2008).
