6.88.020 Amount.
This section is included in your selections.
(1) There is levied upon all persons conducting or operating within the city of Pullman any of the activities listed below, a tax in the following amounts to be paid to the city of Pullman:
(a) Conduct of any bingo game or raffle, five (5) percent of the gross revenue received after the amount paid for prizes or as prizes is deducted.
(b) Operation of a card room for social card games as a commercial stimulant upon any premises, seven* (7) percent of the gross revenue received from such card games per calendar year.
