A person engaging in business at any place for entrance to which an admission charge is made shall comply with Chapter 6.95 and shall post such business registration in a conspicuous place in each ticket or box office where tickets of admission are sold. The term “engaging in business” has the same meaning as “engage in business” as set forth in Section 6.95.020. (Ord. 18-24 §3, 2018; Ord. 15-3 §1, 2015; Ord. 80-46 §6, 1980).
