Whenever a charge is made for admission to any place, a sign shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the entrance or ticket office stating that a city admission tax of five percent (5%) is included in the admission charge. (Ord. 15-10 §2, 2015; Ord. 80-46 §5, 1980).
