In addition to any other remedies provided in this chapter, a solid waste collector who fails to adhere to the conditions set forth in Section 6.10.050(1) within 72 hours following notice of violation shall be deemed to have committed a civil infraction pursuant to the terms of Chapter 1.02 Pullman City Code; and for the purpose of determining the amount of a penalty forfeiture, the infraction shall be a Class 3 civil infraction as classified in Section 1.02.020.
