6.10.060 Solid waste collectors – Grounds and procedure for license revocation.

(1) Grounds. In addition to the grounds for revocation set forth in Section 6.01.020 a solid waste collector's license may be revoked if the solid waste collector fails to

(a) be certified by the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission as a solid waste collector; or,

(b) keep a copy of its current schedule of rates and tariffs approved by the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission on file with the city finance director; or,

(c) provide the insurance required by the provisions of 6.10.030(2)(c); or,

(d) provide the assurances required by the provisions of 6.10.030(2)(c); or,

(e) pay the annual license fee required by the provisions of 6.10.030(2)(e); or,

(f) abide by the conditions required by the provisions of 6.10.050(1).

(2) Procedure. The procedures for the revocation of licenses as set forth in Chapter 6.01 PCC, so far as applicable shall be followed for the revocation of a solid waste collector license issued under this Chapter. (Ord. 90-12 §6, 1990).
