This is levied and shall be collected a leasehold excise tax on and after July 1, 1976, upon the act or privilege of occupying or using publicly owned real or personal property within the city of Pullman, Washington, through a leasehold interest as defined by Section 82.29A.020 of the Revised Code of Washington as it now exists or is hereafter amended. The tax shall be paid, collected, and remitted to the Department of Revenue of the state of Washington at the time and in the manner prescribed by Section 6.03.050 of this Chapter and Chapter 82.29A of the Revised Code of Washington as it now exists or is hereafter amended shall be hereinafter referred to as “the State Act.” (Ord. 99-10 §1, 1999; Ord. 81-42 §1, 1981; Ord.
