Persons operating the ambulance shall be employees of the city of Pullman or volunteer firemen of the city of Pullman. On any occasion in which the ambulance is used for an emergency or transfer call, at least one emergency medical technician shall accompany the ambulance. (Ord. B-340 §5, 1977).
