The fire chief shall have the authority to promulgate such other rules and regulations, not inconsistent with this Chapter, as he may deem proper for the efficient and safe operation of any ambulance owned and operated by the city of Pullman. (Ord. 86-3 §1, 1986; Ord. B-340 §6, 1977).
