It shall be the duty of every owner of any lot or land to cut and remove or eradicate or cause to be cut and removed or eradicated from such property as often as may be necessary all prohibited weeds, in order to comply with the provisions of Section 5.32.030. (Ord. 82-25 §5, 1982).
