Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a Class Two (2) civil infraction punishable by a penalty not less than $250.00 for a first offense. For each repeat violation of this Chapter, the enforcement officer shall require a mandatory Court appearance. For each repeat violation of this Chapter, the Court shall impose a minimum fine of $500.00. (Ord. 20-6 §4, 2020; Ord. 07-3 §20, 2007).
