There is hereby created a fund, known and designated as the “Salary Fund,” into which shall be paid and transferred from the various department funds provided in the annual budget ordinance, and similar ordinances that may hereafter be passed, and from all appropriation ordinances, an amount equal to the various wages, salaries, and compensations of the various officers and employees of the City of Pullman.
