There is created an airport fund in the City of Pullman into which shall be placed all moneys received from the operation of the airport of the City of Pullman and including rentals, landing fees, fuel fees, and any other moneys from any source whatsoever which are paid, given or transferred to the City of Pullman or the board of trustees of the Pullman-Moscow Airport or appropriated by the City of Pullman for airport purposes.
