(1) the most current edition of the “National Electrical Code,” as published by the National Fire Protection Association and adopted by the State of Washington; and

(2) the “Electrical Safety Standard, Administration, and Installation” regulations as adopted by the State of Washington (as codified in Chapter 296-45B WAC), which are adopted herein by reference except as amended in this Chapter and Chapter 2.10 PCC.
