2.20.050 Schedule of fees and refunds.

Fees shall be charged for plumbing permits and any appeals to the Plumbing Code defined in 2.20.010. The types and amounts of such fees shall be set by resolution of the City Council.
The amount of refund of permit fees when no work has been done shall be set by resolution of the City Council. (Ord. 10-8 §10, 2010; Ord. 05-2 §24, 2005).
