Fees shall be charged for building permits and any appeals to the Building Code defined in 2.15.010. The types and amounts of such fees shall be set by resolution of the City Council except where such fees are specifically set forth in this Chapter, and such fees shall supersede any fee schedule contained in the International Building Code and International Residential Code.
