The decision of the Hearing Examiner on matters appealed to it shall be final and conclusive unless within twenty-one (21) calendar days after the decision of the Hearing Examiner has been received by the appellant an aggrieved party files a petition to review the Hearing Examiner’s decision in the superior court for Whitman County under Chapter 36.70C RCW, The Land Use Petition Act.
