2.10.090 Appeals to the Hearing Examiner.
All appeals of orders, decisions, interpretations, or determinations made by the building official to the application and interpretation of the International Building Code shall be to the City of Pullman Hearing Examiner.
(1) Appeals of the Construction Code are to be before the Hearing Examiner, as identified in PCC 1.22.080.
(2) The Hearing Examiner shall have all powers and duties as outlined in Chapter 1.22 PCC.

(a) The building official shall act as an advisor to the Hearing Examiner in all matters except those dealing with the Fire Code as codified in Chapter 3.16 PCC.
(b) The fire chief shall act as an advisor to the Hearing Examiner in all matters dealing with the Fire Code as codified in Chapter 3.16 PCC.
