17.95.090 Height Variances.

Requests for height variances in any Airport Overlay District shall be processed in the same way as any other request for an administrative variance as set forth in 17.130.040 with the addition of the following steps:
(1) the application for a variance shall be accompanied by a written determination from the Federal Aviation Administration of the effect of the proposed variance on the operation of the airport and on the safe and efficient use of navigable airspace; and,
(2) the application shall be referred to the Airport Manager for written review and comment within fifteen (15) days of the application’s filing date. (Ord. 03-33 §37, 2003; Ord. 87-9 §1, 1987).
