(1) all residential uses, including transient living quarters;

(2) child day care facilities and nursery schools;

(3) educational facilities, including libraries, but excepting those facilities directly associated with experiential learning in aircraft operation or maintenance or with operations that are accessory to research and training at Washington State University;

(4) hospitals; and
