Existing trees in the Airport Height Limitation Overlay Districts shall be maintained or, if necessary, removed so as not to be airport hazards. Trees planted within these Districts shall be of species that do not attain a height that would make them an airport hazard. (Ord. 87-9 §1, 1987).
