Home occupation

(1) means an accessory use of a dwelling unit involving the manufacture, provision, or sale of goods and/or services carried on by members of the family residing on the premises plus no more than one (1) nonresident assistant or employee;

(2) excludes garage sales, yard sales or home parties which are held for the purpose of sale or distribution of goods or services, except that if the total of all such sales and/or parties exceeds six (6) in any calendar year, such sales and/or parties shall be considered a home occupation.
