Unless otherwise provided by law, any final decision or other final action for which no other direct appeal is specifically provided in this Title and for which all other appeals specifically authorized have been timely exhausted shall be reviewable by the Superior Court of Whitman County by filing a land use petition pursuant to RCW 36.70C, as it now exists or may hereafter be amended. The action may be brought by any aggrieved person by filing said land use petition within twenty-one (21) days from any final decision or other final action to be reviewed. The appellant shall bear the cost of transcribing and reproducing all records ordered certified by the court for such review. (Ord. 03-33 §67, 2003; Ord. 00-22 §1, 2000; Ord. 87-9 §1, 1987).
