Prior to applying for site plan review, the applicant may submit the plans required in 17.135.060 in preliminary or sketch form, so that the comments and advice of the SPRC may be incorporated in the final plans submitted for an application. Information submitted for preliminary site plan comments and advice shall be considered confidential. (Ord. 87-9 §1,1987, 1987).
