(1) all information required by Section 17.175.030;

(2) documentation showing that the proposed use will be reasonably able to financially support the property in a manner that will preserve the historic integrity of the structure; and,

(3) proof that the structure is registered, or application has been made for registration, on a federal, state, or local registry of historic places. (Ord. 89-8 §2, 1989).
