16.39.173 Notice – Statute of limitations.

(1) The City shall publish a notice of action pursuant to RCW 43.21C.080 for any action.
(2) The form of the notice shall be substantially in the form provided in WAC 197-11-990. The notice shall be prepared by the responsible official and published by the City Clerk. (Ord. 84-25 §22, 1984).
