The purpose of this code is to establish fair housing practices by ordinance in the City of Pullman, and to avoid discrimination and segregation in housing on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, presence of a mental, physical or sensory handicap, marital status, sexual preference, or familial status.
