The City Council of Pullman authorizes and directs the Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport Board to appoint such security officers as the Airport Board deems necessary with full power and authority, including the power of arrest, to enforce all applicable federal, state, or local laws, in accordance with the directive of the Federal Aviation Administration at and upon the property of the Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport.
