No person shall start or operate the engine of an aircraft when there is spilled gasoline or other flammable materials on the ground under the aircraft. The aircraft shall be towed from such spilled fuel or the area shall be washed down with water until such spilled fuel has been washed away. (Ord. A-565 §6.05, 1965).
