The purpose of this Chapter is to promote the public health, safety, and general welfare by establishing procedures for orderly and efficient boundary line adjustments, consistent with the provisions of RCW 58.17.040(6) as now existing or hereafter amended. (Ord. 02-10 §2, 2002).
