Any existing proposed short subdivision which has been preliminarily approved by the director but which has not been finally approved or filed with the county auditor as of June 3, 1980, shall be subject to the provisions of the short subdivision ordinance previously in effect, Sections 13.17.010* through 13.17.140*, which was repealed by Section 1 of Ordinance 80-43; provided, however, that the developer and the director may agree in writing that any plat filed prior to the effective date of Ordinance 80-43 which has not been finally approved may be reviewed and approved under and according to the provisions of this Chapter if all requirements and conditions of this Chapter are met.
