The procedures regulating short subdivisions are established to promote orderly and efficient division of land into four or less lots, implement the comprehensive plan, avoiding placing undue burdens on the developer and to comply with provisions of RCW Chapter 58.17. (Ord. 80-43 §2, 1980).
