13.80.110 Agency recommendations required.

Accompanying the preliminary plat at the public hearing shall be the comments and recommendations of the following agencies:
(1) The city's department of public works as to compliance of the plat to the city's engineering and utility requirements;
(2) The written statements of the planning division and engineering division as required by 13.80.120(3). (Ord. 91-3 §1, 1991; Ord. 80-42 §12, 1980).
