13.80.090 Acceptance for filing – Review.
If the director determines that the applicant has submitted all documents and data required for preliminary plat review by the city staff, the application shall be accepted for filing, and the director shall transmit at least one copy of the preliminary plat for review and comment to each of the following agencies:
(1) City public services department;
(2) Utility coordinating council;
(3) Pullman School District;
(4) Whitman County health department;
(5) Whitman County regional planning;
(6) Soil and water conservation service;
(7) Washington State University Planning Office;
(8) Washington State Department of Transportation – when the proposed subdivision will be located adjacent to the right-of-way of a state highway;
(9) Whitman County commissioners – when the proposed subdivision will adjoin municipal boundaries. (Ord. 80-42 §10, 1980).
