All provisions of the Pullman Traffic Ordinance, of the Pullman City Code are hereby made applicable to all roads and driveways running over, across, or through any portion of Pullman High School grounds; provided, in the event of a conflict between the other portions of the Pullman Traffic Ordinance and this Chapter, the provisions of this Chapter shall prevail and shall govern any traffic incident occurring on Pullman High School grounds.
