It is unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to operate any motor vehicle in excess of twenty miles per hour on any road, parking lot, or driveway running over, across, or through any portion of the Pullman High School grounds. (Ord. 82-56 §2, 1982; Ord. B-303 §1, 1976).
