The storing or keeping of junk vehicles, parts thereof, or automobile hulks on public or private property is declared to be a public nuisance, except as provided for in 12.30.060. Such public nuisance may be abated as provided for in 12.30.040 and 12.30.050. (Ord. 88-10 §3, 1988).
