It shall be unlawful for any person to fail to move his/her vehicle beyond the block where the vehicle was located when the chalk mark and tag were placed on the vehicle for the purpose of giving notice of a 96-hour violation. (Ord. 18-8 §5, 2018; Ord. 00-9 §5, 2000).
