Any person desiring to contest an immobilization or an impoundment may serve upon the City and file with the Whitman County district court a petition for relief within ten days of the date of the immobilization or impoundment. The filing fee for filing the petition for review shall be paid by the party seeking review the same as any other civil matter. (Ord. 98-18 §10, 1998; Ord. 82-21 §11, 1982).
