Any vehicle immobilized pursuant to Section 12.20.080 shall be assessed a one hundred fifty dollar ($150) fee to cover the costs of immobilization, said fee to be in addition to any penalty assessed pursuant to this code. (Ord. 18-10 §2, 2018; Ord. 82-21 §9, 1982).
