Only compact vehicles, as defined in Section 12.15.010 (2) shall be parked in the parking spaces designated by markings for use by “compact vehicles” in the City-owned parking lots in the downtown free parking zone. A violation of the provisions of this section shall constitute “Oversize Vehicle Parking” and shall result in a penalty as specified in this Chapter. (Ord. 04-12 §3, 2004; Ord. 93-8 §4, 1993).
