The Director of Public Services, or the designee(s) thereof, in the performance of his or her duties under this Chapter may go upon any public right-of-way within the City at any reasonable time for any reason necessary to effectuate the purpose of this Chapter, including but not limited to, general inspection, and the performance of eradication or control work.
