11.42.020 Removal of snow, ice, debris, dirt, or rock on public sidewalks.

It is unlawful to permit any accumulation of snow, ice, debris, dirt, or rock on public sidewalks. Snow or ice must be removed within eight hours of daylight after such snow or ice has fallen or accumulated thereon. (Ord. 99-39 §6, 1999; Ord. 79-82 §2, 1979).
