Upon determination by a City code enforcement officer as defined in PCC 1.02.030(2) that a violation of PCC 10B.05.020, 10B.05.025, 10B.05.030, or 10B.05.035 has occurred, the procedure shall be enforced as follows:

(1) Warning. A code enforcement officer may, at their discretion, issue a written warning notifying the user that probable cause exists that a violation has occurred and warn that if subsequent violations of PCC 10B.05.020, 10B.05.025, 10B.05.030, or 10B.05.035 occur, a notice of violation will be issued to a person responsible for the violation.

(2) Notice of violation. If a violation of PCC 10B.05.020, 10B.05.025, 10B.05.030, or 10B.05.035 occurred, and the code enforcement officer has probable cause to believe said violation has occurred, the code enforcement officer may, without the need for a warning, issue a notice of violation to the user responsible for the violation.

(3) Notice of infraction shall be issued as defined in PCC 1.02.060. (Ord. 23-7 §1, 2023).
