No person shall cause or permit an irrigation system under the ownership, supervision, and/or control of such person to apply water directly or indirectly to an impervious surface unless otherwise allowed by this Chapter. Users must ensure that the arc and coverage of sprinkler heads tied to automatic and manual irrigation systems do not lead to water falling on impervious surfaces. (Ord. 23-7 §1, 2023).
