Requests for water meter size changes, relocations, and grade changes shall be made to the Director who will review all applications and arrange for a preliminary field inspection of the work site. The work as approved by the Director will be performed only by the City and then only if the customer agrees to pay the fee established for this service as set from time to time by Resolution of the City Council.
