1.76.060 Boundaries of Council Ward No. 2.
Council Ward No. 2 of the City of Pullman shall consist of the following-described area of the City:
BEGINNING at the northwest corner of the Port of Whitman County Industrial Park Subdivision, said corner also being a point on the city limits boundary of the City of Pullman;
thence southerly along the westerly boundary of said subdivision to the most westerly corner of said subdivision;
thence leaving said subdivision boundary, southerly along the easterly line of the State-owned Railroad right of way to the centerline of NE Terre View Drive;
thence westerly along said centerline of NE Terre View Drive to its intersection with the centerline of N Grand Avenue;
thence southerly along said centerline of N Grand Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of NW Stadium Way;
thence westerly along said centerline of NW Stadium Way to its intersection with the centerline of NW Hall Drive;
thence northwesterly along said centerline of NW Hall Drive to its intersection with the centerline of NW Timothy Street;
thence westerly along said centerline of NW Timothy Street to its intersection with the centerline of NW State Street;
thence southerly along said centerline of NW State Street to its intersection with the centerline of NW True Street;
thence westerly along said centerline of NW True Street to its intersection with the centerline of NW Bryant Street;
thence northerly along said centerline of NW Bryant Street and following its curve to the west until said centerline continues westerly as the centerline of NW Darrow Street;
thence westerly along the centerline of said NW Darrow Street to its intersection with the centerline of NW Clifford Street;
thence southerly along said centerline of NW Clifford Street to its intersection with the centerline of NW Harrison Street;
thence easterly along said centerline of NW Harrison Street to its intersection with the centerline of NW Ritchie Street;
thence southerly along said centerline of NW Ritchie Street to its intersection with the centerline of N Grand Avenue;
thence southwesterly along said centerline of N Grand Avenue to its intersection with the centerline of NE Whitman Street;
thence southeasterly along said centerline of NE Whitman Street to its intersection with the centerline of NE Kamiaken Street;
thence northeasterly along said centerline of NE Kamiaken Street to its intersection with the centerline of NE Ash Street;
thence southeasterly along said centerline of NE Ash Street to its intersection with the centerline of NE Maple Street;
thence northeasterly along said centerline of NE Maple Street to its intersection with the centerline of NE Colorado Street;
thence southeasterly and easterly along said centerline of NE Colorado Street to its intersection with the centerline of NE D Street;
thence northerly along said centerline of NE D Street to its intersection with the centerline of NE Shaw Street;
thence easterly along said centerline of NE Shaw Street to its intersection with the centerline of NE Lake Street;
thence northerly along said centerline of NE Lake Street to its intersection with the centerline of NE Harvey Road;
thence easterly and northeasterly along said centerline of NE Harvey Road to its intersection with the centerline of NE Stadium Way;
thence easterly along said centerline of NE Stadium Way to its intersection with the centerline of NE Orchard Drive;
thence northeasterly along said centerline of NE Orchard Drive to its intersection with the centerline of NE Valley Road;
thence leaving said intersection, along a straight line easterly, to the centerline of Washington State University’s privately named road NE Nez Perce Road (also being the parking lot and driveway bisecting the Nez Perce Village Apartments);
thence easterly and northeasterly along said centerline of NE Nez Perce Road to its intersection with the centerline of NE North Fairway Drive;
thence northerly along said centerline of NE North Fairway Drive to its intersection with the centerline of NE Terre View Drive;
thence easterly along said centerline of NE Terre View Drive to the section line between Sections 33 and 34, Township 15 North, Range 45 East, Willamette Meridian;
thence northerly along said section line to the northerly city limits boundary of the City of Pullman;
thence starting northerly and continuing along said city limits boundary in a counterclockwise direction to the northwest corner of the Port of Whitman County Industrial Park Subdivision, said point being the POINT OF BEGINNING.
